The gathering
Is this event for women only?
Yes, this event is for women only.
What ages are recommended to attend?
The recommended age for girls attending the conference is 12 years and older.
Is there an online ticket option?
No. The conference is planned as an in-person event on the Brightmoor campus.
Is childcare provided?
Childcare is not provided. The Mother’s Room will be available for mothers and babies from newborn through one year old. Mothers can relax and watch conference sessions on screen with other moms.
Tickets & groups
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Are group rates available?
Yes. Group rates are available for groups of at least 10 women. Email tickets@brightmoorcc.org for ticket or group questions.
Can I register for only part of the conference?
No. The ticket price covers the entire conference; one-day-only pricing is not available.
Planning your visit
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes. Bring your Brushfire ticket either printed or available on your phone for check-in. At check-in, you will receive a wristband for admission to all conference sessions. The wristband must be worn both days.
Is accessible reserved seating available?
Yes. Request accessible reserved seating by emailing tickets@brightmoorcc.org. One companion seat will be reserved with each request. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair spaces, including spaces for motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs, are very limited; guests who need one are encouraged to email when purchasing their ticket.
